Shipping of scorpions in these cold winter months will be done through Overnight delivery only and will include a 40hr heat-pack, at the rate of $20.  All overnight shipments include live arrival guarantee.  Out of interest of the animals, there will be no other shipping options until spring.  Shipping of supplies will be via standard USPS and charges will vary according to weight.
